Event Manager
Event Manager is a free web app that turns an Excel schedule into calendar events. Import your spreadsheet, review and edit the events in a simple table, then sync them to your Google Calendar — one at a time or all at once.
Import from Excel
Upload an .xlsx or .xls file and Event Manager reads your schedule — dates, activities, organizing bodies, and coaches — into an editable table.
Manage your events
Add, edit, and delete events in the app before you commit anything. Everything stays in your browser until you choose to sync.
Sync to Google Calendar
With one click, push a single event or your whole list to your Google Calendar, and view, update, or remove synced events later.
How Event Manager uses your Google data
When you choose to sync, Event Manager asks for permission to your Google Calendar events (the calendar.events scope, and the basic profile Google shares when you sign in). We request this access for a single purpose:
- Create the events you import onto your primary Google Calendar.
- Read those events back so you can review them in the app.
- Update and delete events you manage through Event Manager.
We only act on the events you explicitly sync. Event Manager does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not store your calendar on our servers. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
